About Me

My name is Dov Cowan. As a husband and parent of five children, as well as a teacher and Rabbi, I fully understand what it means to become vulnerable.
I have been blessed to share the wisdom that has been handed to me and learnt through myriad life experiences for over a decade.
With relatability, empathy and understanding, I have been able to help my clients change their lives and completely upgrade their wellbeing status.
